Since our inception in 2017, Identity Strategy Partners has been totally
focused on delivering win-win services and exceptional personnel to solution complex identity problems.
The IdSP executive team with over 30 years in leading identity in the public sector. Today our core team has over 65 years total experience in biometrics and identity, supporting the US Department of Defense (DoD) (Army and Undersecretary for Intelligence), State Department (DoS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), FBI watchlisting, NATO, the US Senate Judiciary Committee and the 9/11 Commission and its Terror Travel monograph and border recommendations.
Our leadership brings experience in senior program management/acquisition and delivery of biometric systems (DoD NRTIO), and certified training in identity resolution at DoD, which in turn supports the DoD biometrically enabled watchlist (BEWL).
Some of the work our team is currently responsible for:

Since July 2020, provides staff direction for the Biometric Interagency Working Group working with 10 US Departments and over 30 biometric programs on best practices to assure activities support both mission use cases and privacy, civil rights and liberties.

Since January 2021, providing policy oversight for identity intelligence within and on behalf of the DoD OUSDI in both the interagency, the White House and foreign partners, including coordinating DoD identity intelligence activities related to the Afghan refugee crisis.

Conducted the business analysis and delivered the assessment and next generation requirements for DoD Automated Biometric Identification System and its ecosystem and providing its interface documentation and its next generation requirements and architecture, and did so with engagement with OUSD R&E, and other key stakeholders.

Supported development and execution of NATO's strategy and technical communications for engaging its Members on biometric capabilities, past and future

Supported DHS IDENT system within OBIM in biometric engineering, program management, and business analysis leading teams on business rules and MOUs, and creating new customer dashboards.

Co-leading Identity Intelligence policy support at the Pentagon and engagement with key stakeholders, both domestic and international.

Provided program management and business engagement support to the State Department in efforts with a foreign partner.

Support vendors in their federal interests.
IdSP is committed to supporting STEM graduates and their ability to train and support sensitive government operations.
Private sector leadership includes 19 Congressional testimonies; five years as non-profit national security leader; 100s of media appearance and dozens of conference speaking engagements; Americas Director of BORDERPOL; founder of the formerly leading trade association, the Secure Identity & Biometrics Association; and Homeland Security Director at what is now Idemia.
